Dry never worked
NO STARS. Came completely dry, never worked. Should have read reviews, most say it comes dry. Junk don’t waste your money

I just wish that when I receive them they are not dry. It’s a hit and miss.. that’s the disappointment in buying it. But the pencil is sturdy and works if they are filled with the liquid
