Works wounderful for pluse size
I am 300 pounds and it went all the way around me. I love it!! Been doing workout everyday

Piece of Junk
I was really excited to get this as it seems like an interesting, somewhat different way to exercise. However, the item would not work at all - I couldn't get the weight to revolve around the hoop at all despite trying several different times and adjustments. Materials seemed really cheap. Had to return it.

Doesn't work!
I waited to write this until I practiced to see if there was a learning period. Nope. The weighted ball still continues to get stuck.I like that it was longer and the color. It was easily enough to adjust.It was still noisey and difficult to use longer than 5 minutes. The ball would get hung up and smack me in the stomach. We'll I'm done beating myself up!If you are set on the hoop exercise (which seems fun and I could feel it in my legs) I suggest a different brand or brand name.

Not great, wish I could return it. Junk
The part that rotates the ball gets stuck every so often slamming into my sides at full force causing bruising. The quality is not great either. Wanted to return it but the seller required me to bring it somewhere for a return and I just am not able to do so. Biggest waist of money.

Does NOT work.
I cannot understand how there is even one positive review for this item. The gaps between the links are so large that the weighted ball gets stuck constantly. I've tried different lengths for the weighted ball cord. I took the wheel bit out and flipped it around. I've tried adding and removing knots. I've tried different speeds of rotation. I've tried moving it higher or lower on my hips. I even meticulously inspected each knot connection to make the track as smooth as possible. My longest successful streak so far is 1.5 revolutions before the weighted ball gets stuck.Don't buy this.

It was a little difficult to put together. At times it's hard to take apart to take it off. It takes a bit to get used to the swing/hula hooping part. I think if you're consistent with it daily you will see a difference. I will continue to use.
