Now, I have never owned a eye massager before and the only reason I purchased this one was because I had FSA Money to spend or else I would loose it. So since this one was covered under the FSA/HSA plan, let me try it out. It is worth the money spent. The quality is great. This is definitely one of those items that you don't know you need it until you have it and now your day is not complete with out it (sounds addicting, right?) lol. The functionality works wonders for relaxing your eyes and massaging your temples. The pressure is perfect at low for me. It has heat, air compression and music and you can toggle thru what you want and it collapses to easily pack travel with it. With a full charge, the battery last long enough for a full week of usage. It is only runs for 15 mins at a time. I wish it was longer without having to start it over if needed at least 20 mins? The noise level could be a just a little quieter but I guess with all that it is doing is why it is a bit loud (or it might be becuse it is close to your ear so it sound loud), but you could always play music to drown some of the noise out. but you get used to it and then it becomes white noise. It has bluetooth function so you can play your own music as well. P.S. I tried a few more of the other brands of eye massagers (on the FSA plan) and I found that Bob and Brad to be the most relaxing and gentle for me and I like the fact they they also had 30+ yrs of profession in the field of therapy. I end up returning the other 4 brands ( didn't care for the Vibrating features nor did I like the fit - for me. I even had my girls try them to see which would they choose, without my opinion, and they also choose the Bob and Brad brand). So I ordered 2 other colors in the Bob and Brad brand. LOLOL one for traveling, one for home and one to share with my kids! Hand off of mine!! I use it EVERY night in bed and sometimes I take a 30 min nap with it during the day since my main job is on the computer in front of the screen. I works at relaxing my eyes from any strain. I just love it!! I hope if you try it that you will too.

Easy setup and self explanatory to use. Comfortable and cute color too. Soothing and spa like right in the comfort of my own home. So worth the purchase. I suffer from light sensitivity, migraines and clogged ducts and this has done me wonders! Highly recommended.

I have hemiplegic migraines with other subset migraines that run in the background. I like these a lot, it is helpful for them. First and foremost, if you wear contacts, take them out and get acquainted with all the settings. Unlike my dumb self that jumped in eyeball first for this headgear. 1. I like the music aspect of it, but the same song everytime. I turned it off and turned on my own. 2. The pressure setting should be renamed Iron Man, Hulk hands and Thanos. My God, I had to take out my contacts and lower the heat setting after the highest went Easy Bake Oven on my Oasys contacts and I had to turn them on Iron Man. Cuase baby, Don't just press buttons and put it on your face. You gonna learn today. 3. Make sure that strap is not too tight and they are situated right on your dace, the messager will knead your eyeballs to the middle of your head. I learned and now doing better. These did help calm my migraine and would recommend.

I normally don’t write reviews. But I have been so impressed with this eye massager that I have to share my story here. While I was in Texas helping my families, my right eye strangely swelled up with a thick bump on the upper lip. My family doctor prescribed eye antibiotics ointment. Used for 2 weeks but no improvement at all. I then visited an eye doctor and he also prescribed me another kind of medication. He instructed me to use dry heat eye mask and massage my eye lid. He said it’s due to my eye oil gland blockage. So I decided to search an eye massager on Amazon. I bought and tried several brands. But I was not impressed at all. Until I found Bob and Brad eye massager and give it a try. Wow, it feels so different. The way it massages around the eye and side of temples feeling so good that I often fell asleep before the session ends. The 4 button functions for you to choose your desired pressure, heat, music etc are so convenient. After a month of consistent daily use of this device, my eye gradually back to normal. But I have made this my daily routine using it before bedtime and after wake up in the morning. My eye sight has improved and puffiness around my eyes are way much better like no longer there. My friends said I looks much younger, healthy and happier. Eyes don’t lie. Now my eyes are not as tired and watery as before. And more, it relieves my seasonal allergies symptoms of nose stuffiness, congestion and headaches. I now use way much less of allergy nasal spray and pills. Wow, never thought of these benefits comes from an eye massager. My sister also bought one after she saw the difference after I use it. She totally fell in love with it. I often found her fell asleep on the couch with “Bob and Brad” on her face. Funny. We bought many products on Amazon but very rare to feel strong impression and love of a product. This one is definitely exceptional. I will definitely recommend to friends and relatives. The customer service of this company is also extremely good. They respond to customer’s questions and needs very promptly. This is kind of company will be successful by making great products and good customer support.

Very nice massage unit. I have had migraines for years, and typically have multiples in a week. This fits very well. The adjustable strap works very well, and the pads make it very comfortable. You will likely have to adjust it several times to get the fit you want. The massage function feels good, but I typically use just the lowest setting. It is a nice steady pressure. It makes a difference in my sinuses as well which usually get messed up during a migraine. The heat works extremely well. I usually have to turn the heat off after a few minutes. I haven't messed with music much. I usually just turn it off. Controls are easy to use, but I imagine some people would wish for the buttons to be a little more defined. That would make it easier to adjust settings while it is on. Once you remember the positions of each control, you can easily adjust each setting. The voice response will tell you what you have changed, so there is no confusion. It doesn't usually get rid of migraines/headaches completely, but it will almost always reduce the severity to make them bearable. I have tried a different unit previously that was more expensive. It had a vibration style "massage". Total junk in my opinion. The air pressure on this unit is 100% more effective.

Here is my experience with an eye massager and I will break it down into multiple sections. Build: The build quality is great, its outer shell is plastic and very sturdy. I think they went with plastic to maintain lightweight. Usage: 1. The button placement is very spacious and easy to reach each button without looking at them. It's an important aspect because we use the massager buttons when we are taking the massage eyes closed, and it should be easy to reach them. 2. Modes: By default, we have 5 preset modes, and can cycle through them with a short press of the Power button. **Tip** - You can also change the settings of each aspect, Heat/Pressure/Music, individually, while you are in one of mode by pressing those respective buttons. This is really important, because I wanted to have air pressure + music only and there was no default mode for this combination, so I just pressed the heat button off in Mode1 (Air pressure + Heat + Music) and it switched the heat off. These settings are very easy to use once we start using them. 3. The pressure-sensitive massage area is good, and it will relax the muscles. I felt relaxed in my eyes after usage. Improvements: 1. It would be great if they made the outer panels swapable so we could use multiple colors and also if we could swap inside cushions after a lot of usage. 2. By default, the massager gets auto off by 15 mins. It would be good if we could increase it to around 30 mins, so we can fall in sleep slowly... Overall, a good buy if you are looking for an eye massager which will help us in day-to-day screen time.

I ordered this mask after learning that they help increase sleep quality. When I first put it on, it smelt so strongly of chemicals. That first night I took it off pretty quickly due to a headache from the smell. That got better. The way the mask folded in half made it press uncomfortablely. I tried to loosen, tried to tighten, just not super comfy. Now, what I bought it for, it did indeed deliver. Most nights that I wore it, I slept an average of 7 hours vs my standard 3/4. I am trying another brand to see if I can find one that fits more comfy.

I am skeptical about products like this, but everything from receiving it through to the results blew me away! It felt like getting a gift when I saw the packaging and the sturdy box, which I am keeping for other uses. The size is a perfect fit for my close-set eyes and small head. The buttons are adjustable and I was able to turn off the volume so I could focus on the experience. My ophthalmologist recommended I use a hot compress for my defiant watery eye, but I just could not stick to it, so I went on the hunt for a substitute. Finally, after a year of research, I splurged on the Bob & Brad Eye Oasis 2 (Black). It was preset to heat and massage, so I let it do its thing. The heat was perfect out-of-the-box. The massage pressure was perfect. It did not put pressure on my eyeballs, which was a concern, although I could feel the leather touching my eyelids. The strap was comfortable and easily adjusted. The unexpected was that the massaging on the sides of my temples vibrated down to my jaws and was noticeably relieving tension. My TMJ thanks you! I am purchasing a second one for another residence. It is now a staple in life. Thank you!
