It doesn’t work. My husband bought this for me as a holiday gift and I just tried it. It doesn’t work, and I can’t return it because “the window” to return it had closed. I will be adding more reviews across all social media platforms so others don’t make the same mistake and buy this.

Update :worked for a couple weeks and no longer works.. I have done all the fixes suggested.. Cleaned the filer used alcohol and even took the entire tube apart to clean it and nothing.. Makes the sound like it's disbursing but nothing comes out.. I would avoid this product and stay with the real Hotel Collection this one is a bust...!! Super cute but would it have been to much to ask for the manufacturer to send a sample bottle of scent.. So yeah I have this pretty paper weight and now have to wait again for a delivery of oil.. Very frustrating. How can I review something I cannot use..

Overall the product was not bad but once I tried to remove it from the factory settings it stopped working. The issue with leaving it with the factory settings is that the oil would be used up very quickly. There is also a lack of instructions and explanation on how to get it to work again. For the amount of money that I spent I believe it should’ve been more convenient and useful. This is the second time I have ordered a diffuser and this is the second time it has stopped working. I would like to know what this company is going to do in order to compensate for the lack of quality in their product.

This smart diffuser is amazing!!! We have it in our sunroom with vanilla and cinnamon essential oils and water. We use our sunroom to smoke flower, this diffuser does a wonderful job masking the smell. I did not download the app yet, I simply filled it and plugged it in. I highly recommend

Update 7.10.2023. From 3 ⭐️ bumped to 4. After being helped w/CS. It seems we have finally come to the conclusion I had a clog or bad atomizer. Advised to run rubbing alcohol for 15 mins in the bottle. I actually ran it way longer. Waited a little then tried again. Seemed to finally work, but took some time to work and notice the essential oils. I’d say if you’re having issues like I did - do this. Did mention it was tested prior to sending out too so must of clogged prior to arriving to me. ____________________ Original: This is impressive quality piece, but clearly I was sent a used one. Mine already had some minor scuff marks on the plating finish and the bottle included was already greasy and smelled of essential oils. I did put my own product in and it has not dispersed once since I’ve plugged it in.. I’m going to try a different oil and see if it will change that. I also highly suggest getting the app to set the schedule as instructions to me was a little difficult on mom brain. My device also disconnects from Bluetooth all the time on the app, but assuming it saved my settings. Will return to update if changing out the product or cleaning will help. Did not arrive sealed or anything.
