The GoSports ELITE Golf Net is the ultimate practice net available for golfers who want the best. The robust steel frame supports a tear-resistant rectangular netting made from premium polyester that is 3x stronger than our top selling golf practice net. I mostly kept it outside in Maine during the summer. There's a bit of rust on the connections, but overall, it's holding up well. I probably will need to replace the net eventually, likely because of dry rot, since it's been exposed to rain and weather a lot. I heard you can get a replacement net from the company for $100. Also, I use Fluid Film on the connections to prevent rust.

**Q: how close can I put this to the inside of the garage door without the golf ball hitting it on impact when using driver/long irons?**
A: Hi, when using drivers and long irons with a normal golf ball, the depth of the golf ball into the net can range anywhere from 1ft-5ft. To reduce potential rips and the depth of the ball into the net, we recommend 'Foam Flight Practice Golf Balls' or our  'GoSports 6'x4' Golf Net Extender' to slow down the speed of the ball before it hits the main net. Keeps the winter blues away. Absolutely love this net. Set up took 15 minutes. I have extra height in my garage so I can take full swings with every club. The net itself is incredibly thick. Got it when it went on sale. Highly recommended
