This is a good high quality product. My knee was really bothering me and it was hurt when I moved it. After taking this for one day I noticed a difference, my knee felt way better and was able to move it freely without pain...

Been taking it for a couple of weeks. Doesnt seem to upset my stomach and seem to start to work.

This supplement has been a game changer for me. If I run out and don't replenish for a few days, I can feel it. It seems to keep my joints happy. It's a bit pricey is my only complaint.

My knee pain is gone, my back is a little better, my gut health has improved significantly and I just feel better overall and not one headache since I switched. It's an easy-to-swallow capsule and while it's a little more expensive than my previous curcumin supplement it is noticeably more effective. I've been taking it for nearly 60 days now and the difference is absolutely noticeable. Brand and quality do matter and while I might pay a little more for higher quality, I'm throwing my money away on the lesser quality supplements so it's worth it to me to pay a little more to be able to actually feel the difference.
