The 7 Bands were delivered on time and were well packaged… However, I was somewhat disappointed that the bands were not as wide as I had thought, they are are bit narrow… they look flimsy so will see how they hold up… they do have a funny smell so I will air them out and see if it goes away… Inside the carry bag, which is quite nice actually, came a User Guide, but Not the one described in their product video… the guide is a fold out describing how to use them but does Not say what weight range is each band, it only describes them in Size ( X-Light, Light, Medium etc.) So if you want to know what weight range each band is you’re going to have to go back to the product details…. Sort of wish they could have put it in each band itself… I only gave this product Four Stars because of the CONS I found…. If you don’t mind those CONS, then by all means get these bands and have a good workout….

I like the package and the The amount but I feel that they are already resistant I have been using them for three weeks!!

My cheerleader had an injury and these were a great source of PT! High quality!

Good value for the money. I used rubber weight bands in therapy. Wanted to use them on a regular basis.
