This is the only protein powder I can drink. Taste like a real milkshake. It doesn’t have that horrible milky aftertaste that’s left in your mouth for hours from whey or plant protein. The only negative is there’s no amino acids in it so you can take them separately. Smooth no clumping and satisfying. I make a strawberry shake with carb nibs and a little Stevia and its delicious.
