Very comforting for sore muscles
This is a really nice heating pad and works great especially around the neck, shoulders and lower back. I put it in the microwave for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds and have relaxing heat for a half hour. Thank you!

Heats up well in the microwave. Holds the heat for a good while. Is more comfortable on the neck that trying to use a standard heating pad.
