RaleriAntiFog Helmet Insert

Very happy with this, only took a few mins to install, and works perfectly, used it while riding in 0 degree weather, and pouring rain, never fogged up.

I purchased as my visor didn't have pinlock fittings so this was the cheaper option (the other would be to replace the visor with a pinlock and order the new pinlock insert too).Works 100%. The only negative is that the visor catches a little when opening as the insert rubs against the helmet. Not a major issue but a little awkward to open whilst riding if needed. I'm a newbie so not confident using one hand on the bar so maybe it'd be easier for someone else.

This is very good product but it’s not easy to fit into the visor but if your patient it’s worth it

I have the super expensive Bell Transitions visor, and in their wisdom, Bell decided to just pretend fogging is not a thing and did not install Pinlock pins. I came across this one after extensive research and trying not to buy unreliable Chinese stuff with brand names picked by random letter generators, as visibility, and therefore, the quality of the optics, is very important for me.The 'standard' is a good size and covers most of the wide visor, but there were two major issues. First, without a centre line, it's really hard to install in the right position, even when using the yellow protective cover as a guide. Two, when I did finally install it, I found there were light abrasion scratches on the surface (on the lens, beneath the protective layer). During the day, these were invisible and it didn't bother me at all. During the night, however, they refracted the headlights and reduced visibility to a point where I had to remove it. Removing it was also a total nightmare as the glue does NOT come off easily, and when I did remove it, it took with it ALL the remaining anti-fog coating the manufacturer put on.So, in hope that I just got a defective one, I actually ordered a second one, as there really isn't a lot of choices for visors that are not given Pinlock attachments. The £20 insert became £40. Aaand... identical problem. Abrasion microscratches all over the lens. It makes the visibility very low quality at night, as it makes a huge difference. Two instances in a row now tell me that this is likely a manufacturing issue, therefore, I absolutely cannot recommend anyone purchases these, if visibility is important to you.Attached are photos of BOTH lenses, with identical issues. Note, as they're fine abrasions to the surface of the lens, it's actually really difficult to photograph, so you'll have to bear in mind that the issue is significantly worse than the photos imply. The third photo (the first insert) also had condensation build up between the lens and visor. This could be due to an error in installing it, however, perhaps due to not checking it was fully sealed. I'll reserve judgement on this until I see whether the same issue happens on the second insert. This condensation is not the issue I'm raising, although it did severely affect visibility.

One of the best anti fog inserts I've come across. Stays completely clear so good that you can see the condensation building up around the edges bit not on the insert. The photochromatic effect works quickly and is great in the sunlight.

I have a few different helmets, I could fit the insert to all visors without having to get a different pinlock insert for the different types of visors. I wear a helmet in all types of weather, the antifog insert does exactly as it says it does.

This works a treat and is a much cheaper way to get a fog free visor than my only alternative of swapping helmets for the pin-ready type

After one hour of driving the "pinlock" was almost completely fogged up, and I've made sure the seal is perfect, cleaned the visor to perfection even warmed up the visor before attaching it to make sure it will stick properly, still completely useless.

Dafür meinen neuen Helm erst in ein paar Monaten auch getönte, wie Sire lieferbar sind, habe ich nach einer Alternative gesucht, um die Zeit bis dahin zu überbrücken. Dann ist mir dieses getönte Visier zum einkleben aufgefallen und ich wollte es ausprobieren. Der Versand war schnell, wie man es von Amazon gewöhnt ist. An sich würde ich jetzt behaupten, dass die Qualität auch ganz gut ist. beim einkleben und anschließenden putzen. Aufgrund eventueller Fingerabdrücke muss man sehr vorsichtig sein, denn es zerkratzen unheimlich schnell. Ansonsten war die Handhabung sehr einfach und es erfüllt seinen Zweck, was mich allerdings extrem stört, ist, dass das Visier auf dem Bild sehr dunkel ist und auch als dunkel getönt ausgeschrieben ist und dass wir sehr, dass bei mir ankam, viel zu hell und eher orange gefärbt ist. Für mich ist das absolut kein dunkel getöntes Visier. Da habe ich etwas anderes erwartet.

Recently got this for my offroad helmet that came without pinlock. I put this on and tried it INDOORS with heavy breathing for 1 minute. No fog at all! Works better than my expensive Scorpion Pinlock. 5/5

Se fosse per me, le visiere antiappannamento dovrebbero diventare obbligatorie nei caschi per moto. Detto questo, ho un Nolan N100-5 che ha il sistema pin-lock per il montaggio delle visierine anti-foggy casa madre. Sono però rimasto insoddisfatto di questo sistema, dato che con il tempo la visiera interna si allenta rendendo il suo uso del tutto inutile.Ho quindi deciso di provare la Raleri LightShade formato standard: si tratta di una visierina anti fog adesiva, che si posiziona internamento sulla visiera principale. In questo modo l'intercapedine tra le due diventa praticamente stagna garantendo il funzionamento. Ho scelto quella ad alto contrasto dato che la notte offre dei vantaggi innegabili rispetto a quelle completamente chiare.Per l'installazione ho scaricato la dima dal sito Raleri, ritagliata e posizionata sulla parte esterna della visiera del mio Nolan. In questo modo ho trovato la collocazione ottimale per applicare la Raleri sulla parte interna avendo i riferimenti della dima. Fatto questo, il poisizionamento è stato piuttosto semplice, basta un minimo di manualità e la visiera aderisce perfettamente. Consiglio prima dell'applicazione di pulire la parte interna della visiera del casco prima con dell'alcool e poi con dell'acqua, in modo da sgrassare e pulire al fine di garantire una perfetta applicazione della Raleri.Come funziona? Perfettamente sia dal punto di vista dell'appannamento sia da quello dell'aumento del costrasto nella visuale. La visiera si appanna su tutta la superficie non coperta dalla Raleri, mentre sulla parte con la visiera attaccata la visione rimane perfetta.Molto soddisfatto del prodotto, la consiglio sicuramente a chi cerca una visiera universale dall'eccellente funzionamento che non abbia i limiti del pin-lock.Amazon perfetto come al solito nell'acquisto e consegna del prodotto.
