simple and robust with little to go wrong
This is a simple and robust solution as there isn't much to go wrong.+ The bulb is silicone rubber and sized to be squeezed single handed.+ The three nozzle options turn out to be one soft and flexible one, with two rigid plastic ones which are the same size but different colours.+ The nozzles fit safely into the bulb - and haven't come out on me at all.It is straightforeward assemble, to fill and to take this apart for cleaning - but here is the only issue - you can't really clean inside the bulb - so this device is NOT for sharing as it can't be fully decontaminated.+ it is small enough to pop this away in the back of a drawer or cupboard. In use the only suprise is if you get a lot of air in the bulb - try to exclude any before you squeeze! It is a lot more convenient to use than many of the long tube "water-bottle" systems and way safer than the devices that fit to the shower and bath sprays (where your control over water pressure isn't as easy). So for now I'll rate this as a 5-star product; however if it comes apart or perishes inside a year I'll be back to modify this review. If you are in a hurry - then you'll be pleased to hear that delivery was next day by Amazon UK.

Onegreen Enema Bulb Kit.
The Douche/Enema Bulb Kit offers a convenient solution for personal hygiene and cleansing, but users should be aware of potential hygiene concerns associated with the bulb shape design. Upon receiving the kit, I found it adequately packaged with all necessary components included. In terms of performance, the bulb kit functions as intended, providing an effective means of personal hygiene and cleansing. However, users should exercise caution and ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection after each use to prevent the buildup of bacteria and contaminants. Because of the bulb shape and opaque design, it's almost impossible to ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection after use. This even lead to infections with continued use. Constructed from durable materials, the bulb kit exhibits decent durability and resilience to regular use. However, users should be aware that the bulb shape design may degrade over time with repeated use and cleaning, potentially compromising its effectiveness and hygiene. Priced reasonably for its functionality, the bulb kit offers decent value for money.

works well for a disabled friend of mine
works well as a friend of mine has toilet issues and this is useful for helping to clean any remains missed during showering. its easy to use and made of soft silicone.the only downside is its a little hard to clean - the silicone seems to attract a LOT of dirt and dust. - although it is easy to sanitise as you can fill with boiling water after use as silicone is temperature resisant.

standard bulb and spout
This product comes with a good-sized bulb that's comfortable to hold and is not too stiff so is easy to press.Without water in it, it whistles a bit as you push air through it.I actually use these not for enemas, but as a blower to blow away dust and such from camera lenses, glasses, and in hard to clean areas like between computer keyboard keys. For this it works well - it's just a shame it whistles a bit.If you want to use these for an enema, I'd read up carefully about it and do that very responsibly to make sure you do it safely. It seems ok to fill up with water since the plastic tip is easy to remove or insert, although the hole is quite small so you would need to take your time filling it up with a small stream of water. It comes with a spare plastic tip and with a different silicone one too which feels like it would be softer and more user-friendly to use fora gentler approach.

Confusing object
Confused by the item when considering its purpose. There is no way to get water into the receptacle that I could find!

It's worth having it in case of "emergency"
This is a simple product that works well if you follow a few simple steps to ensure you don't hurt yourself while using it.First of all, this product is packed in a tightly closed plastic bag, which ensures that it has not been used by anyone else before you. The bulb is made of a non-toxic material that squeezes easily and does not push water out under too high pressure. The best way to fill it is to place the bulb in another container filled with warm water and squeeze out the air until there is no air left. There is a lot of information available on the Internet about dos and don'ts, so it's probably best to familiarize yourself with them before using them for the first time. Cleaning this device properly after each use is one of the most important things to remember.Overall, this is a good product that works as expected.

It's fine but it could be better
If we consider the price, it's fineBut I found difficult to fill it up with water and to put the nozzle in this tiny hole (see photo). In my opinion it's also difficult to clean to be honest. It is still ok but I had better ones

Great value
I originally thought this would be handy for my Mum - who's getting on a bit now - to save her from having to have a full shower or bath. On reflection, I don't think she'll use it but at this price it's worth a punt and is something to have handy in case there's a need for it. I think it would be very useful for sexually active women to use as a douche though I'm not sure how handy it would be as an enema as I would have thought you needed more water (?) If anyone in the family give that a go don't worry, I won't update you! Anyway, it looks like a well constructed item to keep in the bathroom.
