Ihave purchased grow tents, loupes, scissors fans, and now this 8lb. bag of activated carbon from Australia.Everything from AC Infinity usually costs a bit more, but the quality is far superior than most top competitors.The carbon was actually less than the others also!

I use this product for another product that I had purchased on Amazon.My kitty cats have a scrubber - built in air filter canister with 4" inline fan and when the canister is not producing clean air I put "AC Infinity Premium Activated Carbon" and if helps remove any smells that my kitty cats make. I will buy this product again and recommend this product all day long.

The quality is amazing for the price. I can confirm it works for salt water tanks. The water is so clear.

Bought this to filter water, but this product is sold as an air filter filler. I don't want to buy a water filter (like Brita) that has a hard plastic casing and if it is not recycled ends up in a landfill. Filled the upper chamber of the Brita filter water pitcher with these carbon granules, and produced a good tasting water. Searched for the expansion for IAV, an acronym used in this product description, couldn't find one; I am thinking it is linked to the surface area of granules. I wish sellers are more diligent in writing product descriptions.
