When I first received the board I was disappointed by a splintering edge and almost returned it. But I started using it just to see if I should bother ordering another and discovered it’s a lot of fun and a cure for the pandemic-stuck-at-Home days.I had originally purchased it because the more expensive and better reviewed board I originally ordered never arrived so my early thoughts may have been tainted by the negative experience I had with Amazon and that other board never arriving.This board is more compact. It’s fun to use but can also be challenging. I don’t use it at my stand up desk - I don’t know how I would get any work done - but as a family we take turns and laugh a lot as we each eventually fall off when trying to get fancy. I feel it in my pelvic and inner thigh muscles more than anywhere else which is fine with me.It’s affordable and a great little diversion that also has therapeutic benefit. I recommend it.

Works perfectly Just as good as the one in the PT office I go to. Like very much that it has three levels of height. Easy to adjust. Mat that comes with it works great and keeps it from sliding on tile or un-carpeted floors. Recommend highly, well worth the price. Also large enough to work with for a variety of exercises.

I purchased this a while ago. I’m ashamed to say I haven’t put it to use like I planned. I have plantar fasciitis that flares up from time to time. When I had physical therapy, we used a cheaper smaller rocker board, but I found it helped. I watched several videos on ways to use the rocker boards in general. I purchased this because the price was right, and it is a quality piece that should last for years to come. You can adjust it if you’re more advanced. It ships with it already in the beginner mode setting. No assembly required. The mat was also included.

Great for increasing balance and increasing the intensity for many moves.

You think you’re in shape until you do holding squats on this wobble board for 1 min holding a 15 lbs dumbbell…dude, your legs are shaking like a baby giraffe by 40 seconds. It seems like it’s gonna be easy, but the burn is real.

I got this instead of a bosu ball because it's smaller, lighter, and easy to store when not in use. It's definitely more challenging than a bosu ball. First I had to wrest it away from my adult children who spent the evening taking turns on it. Using it on a tile floor is difficult, so I started out with a flat pet bed underneath. That dampened the motion enough that I got used to it. Traded up to a small carpet/mat underneath to increase the challenge. Now trying it on the hard floor, and it's tough. I keep it in front of the TV so I can use it often for short periods of time. With practice I'm getting better at it.

I wouldn't buy again and don't really use. Sort of simple and not very engaging. I have a Vew Dew board so I might be bias. Was expecting a bit more.

Sturdy product, well-made. The diameter requires the feet to be close together and therefore, requires toned core muscles before using this product. If you are just starting out, it would be wise to have two sturdy handholds and a spotter, otherwise you might find yourself flying off at a high rate of speed.

me gusto, bastante resistente la tabla, no hace mucho ruido, gira fácilmente, nos fascino; solo que toda esta maravilla solo duro unos días de uso, se barrio, se desgasto un poco la parte donde van los baleros, lo limpie y le puse aceite. Recomendaría antes de usar, lubricar el disco.

When I chose this balance board, one of the great selling point is that it has 2 functions. It can be used as a balance board but also once the round plaster is taken off; the board can be used as a spinning board.Initially I only use it as a balance board, it works great. Then I was going to add some spinning exercise to my exercise routine. So I bought another balance board & use this one as a spinning board. It spins very well for about 4 times (10 minutes each), then it started to shed black pieces of debris all over.See pictures. That's after I wiped the board clean already.So, as a balance board, it is great but buy a spinning board for that specific purpose.

I am so happy I ordered this item. I had previously ordered two different twisters and both were way too small to stand properly on them. One needs to have their feet shoulder width so they don't aggravate their hips. I was just about to send it back since it didn't look like a twister when I took it out of the box. However, I turned it over and realized the little nobule on the bottom pops off and it DOES become a twister. I was so happy. I've used it almost everyday and noticed a marked difference in my waistline.

I love this board. I use it mostly as a twister. I really like the size - it is big enough to stand on with feet slightly spread. It is very solid and I like the feel of the wood. It is anti-slip. I have a plastic twister that I bought years ago and rarely used it because the diameter is small and it feels wobbly. The Yes4All board feels much more secure.
