Healthy Eating
My son gave this model pan to my wife as a gift and I was so impressed with it, I bought another (truthfully, I hated to keep washing the one pan before I could use it again, so now I can just pull out my backup pan). We eat a lot of eggs and this is perfect for cooking them, fried or scrambled. It's a heavy weight with a solid handle that doesn't heat up. And I feel MUCH safer eating foods cooked on a stainless pan rather than the coated non-stick varieties no matter what the manufacturers say. The only downside is that I sometimes have to scrub it with a stainless steel pad, but it cleans right up and looks good as new when I'm done. It's a bit pricey. BUT this is something that will last for generations.

Made in the USA,awesome product.
I just received the pan today and I love it. I have many high end pans and this one is awesome. Great balance and it feels like a very quality made pan. The handle was never hot during the cooking process and I made some shrimp scampi and fettuccini carbonara. Wow was I impressed. I literally just wiped it clean after letting it cool down with some soap and water. I learned a lot from the directions about boiling water first and then adding salt to keep them from pitting. Not adding oil to a cool pan and why would I ever stick this pan in a furnace at 800F. The few negative reviews that I seen are almost all using gas stoves ???? Mine is very flat and I am very satisfied.

Highly recommend.
I got the 8.5 inch and the 12. These pans are made in America & were expensive but I plan on having them for many years to come staying away from toxic metals & non stick dangers. Actually didn't need to buy the small one since the 12' all I've been using. It was a learning curve to cook fried eggs again just use more organic coconut oil than usual & now am a pro because it gets easier each time. Somehow the oils get into the metal IMO Heritage is the kind of product we can leave to our children.

Solid frying Pan
Cooks everything I need. It will receive more cosmetic damage compared to the pricier series but still solid value. Better than anything you'll find in big box stores. Just know how to heat the pan and you'll be set.

Made in the USA
We can STILL make excellent products when we choose to, can't we? I bought this smaller skillet to try it out, and then bought their 10 inch pan. You have to know how to use them, but when you understand WHAT to use it for and how to use it, you start to understand why all chefs use stainless steel exclusively. And, I had not realized how easy they are to clean up - they're just as easy as my non-stick pans. I've proud to be able to buy products made in the USA.

Excellent quality, quick shipping, great little skillet
I finally threw away my last Teflon skillet after buying this one! I have several fully cladded stainless steel pots, pans, and skillets that get used daily from AllClad, Calphalon, and Cuisinart before buying this one. I've read several reviews and researched Heritage Steel before buying this skillet and I love it! This a great looking skillet! The surface is smooth, the base size is perfect for 2 eggs, and the slope is great for sliding food out without needing any utensils. The handle is the most comfortable of all of my other SS cookware I use daily. Extremely easy to clean, nice weight that feels substantial in your hand but easy to weild. I love that Heritage Steel is a small company that makes these by hand here in the USA. A great price for a fully cladded stainless steel skillet! As I need to replace my older cookware, I'll be going straight to HS!

Read the instructions from the QR code included
This is a high quality pan, but there is a learning curve for cooking with it and getting things to not stick. Read the instructions from the QR code that is included with the pan. You can either heat it up first or you can temporarily season it. I've done both, but seasoning it is too much of a pain to cook with it once and then remove the seasoning. We got this pan to be our primary egg pan and I've used it over a dozen times now to cook eggs and I still feel like I'm learning the best way to use this pan. It is a well constructed pan and I already love cooking with it even with the learning curve.
