How much weight can this hold for someone who’s really using it to help them walk?

My husband uses it to help with balance and walking, he doesn't put his full weight on it but it is definitely used as a functional walking cane.

Will the skull top be able to take the weight of a full grown man as a support without breaking off?

Yes, this will support the weight of a full-grown man as a support (in my opinion). This has a solid well-based connection of the skull to the stick. Photo support: /Users/michaeltognetti/Downloads/SkullheadCane.png

How do I get replacement plastic flask for cane?

There is no plastic flask. What?

Can i order different heads

Yes. However I don’t think they sell heads by themselves and it’s so cheep just to but another cane. The tops fit other canes bought at different places also.
