Damaged and Missing Parts
It has been a few months since we ordered this crib, but my original review did not meet standards to post. We were very sad that the crib came extremely damaged and with missing all parts for the drawer. We also do not have any parts for the conversion portion of the crib. Returning would be an incredibly lengthy hassle since we are in a more rural area, so we ended up keeping it. I think the crib has potential to be nice, but it was so damaged that we could not enjoy it. Not safe for the little ones!

Not a quality product or business
The box was not damaged from shipping so all the chips, scratches & gouges were most likely from the factory. Their website has a phone #, but they don't want to talk over the phone and instead tell you to email them. I did with many pictures and no response. They are a disgrace!!! Do not buy from DOM (Dream on Me)!!!!!

Cuna con mal estado de pintura
No me gustó la calidad, la cuna llegó con scratches.. Mi bebé tiene ahora 5 meses y la cuna cada dia se sale mas la pintura.. No quiero imaginar cuando mi bebe ya se levante por si solo y quiera sostenerce con sus manitas de la cuna, 🤔👎 No la recomiendo comprarla
