This thing is great! Best fidget toy I've found. I've tried several similar items and this one is the best. The magnets are strong, the sound is satisfying but not deafening, and it's easy to mess with with one hand.

I find myself "clicking" the side-clip part of pens at work and usually end up breaking them off. I wanted a fidget toy that would keep my hands busy and give me that satisfying click without breaking. I liked the look of the car model and bought that one first without realizing that the car model and the wheel model were structurally different on the inside as well. The car model has a coating on the inside and after literally a few minutes of use it started flaking off. I returned it and got the wheel model (the one with wheel-looking accents) and am very happy with it so far! The wheel model also sounds better, feels better and moves better.

Fidgeting tools are made not only for personal entertainment, but they come in handy when you need to concentrate on a creative thought. This particular tool is a bit heavier than the previous one I bought, but there is no comparison. The old one was secured by tiny metal bolts and came apart after a couple of weeks. This baby is solid magnet with smooth slide and nice snappy metallic clicks that sound like flamenco castanets. This little device is smooth, black and fits easily into any pocket. When you need to kill time or work on some creative thinking, this little gadget is definitely for you. Buy it and have fun for a long time!

This thing is heavy and has pretty power magnets. It’s also pretty quiet with the layer in between. Slides very smoothly and feels amazing in the hand. Might end up get another one actually.

This is a pretty neat little metal slider fidget. The plastic interior allows for smoother side-to-side or rotating sliding movement than you'd usually get from just the metal and magnets. It also is slightly less noisy because of the plastic, but still makes clacking metal noises when you return the metal parts to their resting states on top of each other.The cog and wave texture on the exterior of the parts is a pretty nice fidget sensation as well. Overall I think this is a nice fidget for people who like metal slider fidgets, and should help with concentration or stimming needs.

Works as desribed

I get stuck in hours-long zoom meetings, so I wanted a fidget toy. I tried a couple others, but this one can move in a couple different axes, which is my preference. It's rounded over the top/bottom, which I find more satisfying than sharp corners and parallel faces. When it slides "home," there's a nice positive click to it, but other positions have lower volumes. Personally, I would have preferred them all to be the same click, or all to be silent. I would also have preferred something a little bigger. This will fit into one of those pointless pockets on jeans, but I find myself dropping it a lot. It's all metal, so when it hits the floor, it's noticeable.
