I had zero issues with the fitment of this product. It was easy to install and works flawlessly. I bought a couple just incase I have this issue with any of my other Dyson attachments. Im 100% satisfied with this. Not sure why anyone else would have issues, there just doesnt seem like there is any room for a problem. They were exactly perfect, no modification needed, and they operate smoothly.

Our Dyson V10 had its wand clip fail after about 5 years of use. We had no regrets and were about to go and buy a brand new wand when I came across this product.It arrived quickly and had 2 sets of clips. It was super easy to install, so much so that I didn’t even read the instructions. It’s a snug fit just like the original part on your Dyson and you can barely tell the difference. I’d so far go to say that this part both the spring and plastic are much better quality than what Dyson uses on their attachments.

After 2 years of use, this part of my Dyson broke off. Fortunately, there was a part for it and to my surprise, incredibly easy to put on. It comes with 2 pieces, hopefully you won't have to use it again anytime soon. Make sure you put it in a place where you'll remember.Also make sure you're gentle when snapping it back in, you don't want to break off the little side piece.

I have 4 dyson vacuums and run a cleaning business, so my vacuums get a work out. Occasionally the red clips break due to constant daily use. I have purchased this for a Dyson v8 stick vacuum and a Dyson v10 animal, this part fits both models and will fit both styles regardless of color or model v8 or newer. Does not fit v6 model for anyone looking to purchase.
