IS this made in China?

As far as I know citizen watches are made in Japan , or pieced together that is from a Swiss movement , Japanese technology charging a lifelong battery and probably a Chinese made strap .

How do you know when you have full charge?

You don't, and you don't have to. :-) It's not a smart watch that will run out of charge and leave you hanging.

Does the strap get scruffy? Can it be washed?

It's a great looking watch but how good is it at accurately keeping time? How far does it drift off over say, a week?

I have been extremely happy with my watch. It has kept excellent time without any need for adjustment since I started wearing it 2 or 3 months ago. I would recommend this watch to anyone.
