You can either place the tip in your nose and use the inhalation end to breathe it in or you can unscrew the lower part of the bottle and dab the oil on your skin. I really appreciate the design and how compact it is. Super easy to throw in your bag or pocket. It's about the same size as a chapstick. The scent is strong and works well. I think this could be great for someone who gets nauseous easily and needs something fast acting to counteract the nausea or while waiting for an antinausea medication to kick in. I imagine it could also be used for motion sickness or morning sickness or to help mask an unpleasant smell. Either way, I really like this product and give it my recommendation.

I, sooooo, wanted this to work, and to do what it claims to. Unfortunately though, for me, I had no such luck….at all. I also was seen by my doctor for my nausea, and vomittimg, and received these right before my appointment, so I brought them to my appointment, with me, and showed them to my doctor. She seemed to already know that they weren’t going to be helpful (for me, anyways). Perhaps they’d work for someone whose nausea isn’t quite as bad, as mine. I wanted it to work, as described, but unfortunately for me, that wasn’t quite the case. I required prescription medication, that was ordered by my doctor. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE TRYING THESE! I truly hope you have better luck than I did! I love the idea of these. And I do love it for helping clear my nose if I’m stuffy. I love the smell. Think: Vicks VapoRub! I love it. Got for my friend before our cruise and she really liked it! It also works well for congestion, kind of like vicks for your nose almost. But she said it helped her vertigo and sea sickness a lot and it was super easy to bring with us and use. Definitely recommend!

I thought this was so great!! I didn’t need it necessarily for my nausea but just a pick me up, and a hep when I felt congested! It’s like a breath of fresh air (Vicks scent) for congestion and it most likely can help take away that nausea I’m sure!! Highly recommend!
