These are great! I Will definitely purchase again. I was looking for a protein bar that met the following criteria: whey protein, no sugar alcohol or artificial sweeteners, and not too much sugar. This was surprisingly hard to find but these Promix bars fit the bill. The macro nutrition on these is great: 15g protein, only 5g sugar, 150 calories, and there is even 5g of fiber which is a nice bonus. The Ingredients list also just what I was looking for. No artificial/alternative sweeteners, no artificial flavoring or anything weird. Now on to the taste: I was pleasantly surprised by how good these were. After reading some of the reviews I was expecting something rather tasteless that I would have to choke down. But I found the texture quite enjoyable (sort of like a rice crispy treat) and the flavor is pleasant, if a bit bland. I think some of the reviewers may have slightly unrealistic expectations. As long as you don't come in expecting a candy bar I think you will be satisfied. Honestly the only downside for me is the price. If they were a bit more affordable I would buy these all the time

Very dry. Sawdust texture. Chocolate chip was not good.. Have to drink lots of water or milk to get the sawdust texture pieces completely out of mouth. One normal bite and a lot of it fell apart on to table.

never leave reviews but this deserved one. So glad I gave these a try after eating all the protein bars on the market for years and getting sick of the overly sweet and sticky bars filled with sugar alcohol and processed oils. Yes even got sick of Kirklands bars and David bars. And the other types like Barebells are just too candy-bar like. Was looking for one that's not necessarily 20+g of protein & 4g net carbs, but that's just clean and light, and with a crunch. These Promix bars nailed it. Perfect macro for a snack and the flavor is so natural especially the vanilla one. Sure they can be a bit dry but so much better than snickers-bar consistency. Only downside is the price tag, if you look at the ingredients its just the Promix protein puffs + marshmallow. So can probably just make them at home like you'd make rice crispies lol

I was looking for peanut-free, soy-free protein bars, and this was it. Reminiscent of Rice Crispies Marshmallow Treats in texture. Taste is palatable, not overpowering, but they are on the dry side. You'll need a big glass of water to wash them down. 15 grams of Protein, 150 calories.

The upfront flavor is fine, the initial texture is fine. Then you start to chew it. It doesn't really break down in your mouth. It turns into a sand like consistency and you feel like you just put a spoonful of dirt in your mouth. It's hard to choke down even with water!

I looked at these bars for quite a while before purchase and hesitant to get them because of the high price. I just received them and tried the strawberry one. My first bite was pretty tasty but working through the rest of the bar it got to be drier than I prefer for a protein bar. I can’t say I’m looking forward to another one but for the price I need to eat them. I can’t say going to dip the tops of them in a healthy chocolate and this should help with the flavor. Value for money I would not purchase again.

These are my favorite protein bars by far! The macros and protein in each one is great. The crunchy rice krispy like texture is amazing and not a chalky consistency like other protein bars I’ve tried. Vanilla is my favorite flavor but they are all really good. They are pricy but the quality of the ingredients is totally worth it.

These are the best protein bars I've ever had! I've tasted the chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and blueberry flavors and have really enjoyed all of them. I think the rice krispy-treat texture helps minimize the chalky, unpleasant after taste found in most protein supplements. will be ordering more! update to review- Went all in and ordered all the flavors including birthday cake. Birthday cake flavor is awful in the way so many protein bars AND birthday cake-flavored things are. my mistakw. will def be sticking to the variety pack flavors.
