Thanks to Vaansar and Amazon .
After using 10 days , I am writing this review, only night I took 30 ml Vaansar with 30 ml water before 30 minutes dinner . It is working well and compensating night dosage of sugar tablet to me. But morning after breakfast one time I am taking one sugar tablet only and regular 45 minutes brisk walking and low carbohydrate food , for example instead of 3 dosai I took 2 dosai with some protein rich like pattani,sundal, ulunthu . My result is fasting 118 after breakfast 178. This ayurvedic medicine has reduced one dosage of sugar tablet to me.

Duplicate product- less juice- more coloured water
I ordered combo pack and juice is too much diluted, when you mix 30 ml with one glass water, there is no taste at all, feels like you are drinking plain water
