Does this reduce noise vibration from your vehicle or from the other vehicles around?

I applied inner door skin metal. It reduces road noise and noise when other vehicle passes, and when I close the door, I hear thud instead of tin can sound.

Is the exterior, metallic, coating conductive?

No. I just checked it with my VOM and it has zero conductivity. Actually seems to be a great insulator.

Can you safely usethis to sound proof walls indoors? Thanks

This is for car doors with metal doors not home walls with wood and dry wall. There are different materials for home door sound isolation.

Can you glue a headliner directly to this product ?

I wouldn't. The headliner will be uneven. It would be better to spray a foam on the product to get an even surface before you do that. But you can glue fabric, such as carpet to it with the proper adhesive. 3M 77 is my product of choice.
