Lovely but not fully functional for my need.
I love the motivational quote, the clip on the back, and retractable line. My work badge has a small rectangular slit through it for the plastic snap-on attachment style, this one does not have that. I tried putting them on the ring but they lay crooked and it does not look right.

cheap
the string that retracts out is cheaply made. I bought mine at the end of August 2018 and it started fraying last month, and now you can see where the string is separating. I'm afraid to use it any more. I have had the cheap ones you get from work last years, my kids even have one I got 6yrs ago from a company that they swig around and abuse and it's still like new. YUou would think spending this amount it would last atleast a year or so.

Cord frayed and stopped retracting.
The outside casing is very well made and is heavier than expected. The retractable cord only lasted 4 months before it stopped retracting and started to fray. I would have loved this had it lasted longer.
