Better Than Expected
I didn't have high expectations for this, but I love it now. Because I was curious, I put the iron directly on this pad for just a bit (about as long as I would for soldering something) and it did not burn or leave a mark (very cool!). Any hot solder that dripped onto this pad just comes right off. The little storage spots at the top are great for putting things like screws in to help manage those. The mat feels like a good size, and will protect the table while working on projects. Rolls up easily for storage.

great price and nice size
good price and quality silicone mat. it lats nice and flat and does not curl up. good heat resistance and works well for soldering to protect your work bench top. The little compartments are really shallow but works to hold parts and screws in place.

Good Value
I chose this mat primarily to protect my bench while soldering and secondarily for disassembly. The screws compartments are lower profile than others and the workspace is larger. I have used it for disassembly and the compartments are more than adequate.I can recommend this mat for the purpose I intended. If the screw compartments are sufficient for your use, you will get more space than some other.

It is what it is and more.
It definitely resists hot air and soldering iron above 250 celcius. The little numbered pockets for stuff are really handy for a desk where multiple people sit and continue a repair left by another tech.

Right size, right price
Does exactly what it says it does and was exactly what I needed. Best price as well among other Mats. I don't use it for welding but for protection for my desk when working on/soldering electronics. Just the right size I needed as well.

Perfect mat for soldering projects
It's made of nice thick silicon that really holds up to heat. It doesn't slide around on the desk and is big, but not too big. I also really like the segmented top, it's a nice place to hold screws so they don't roll away. I used this mat to solder a keyboard pcb and assemble all of the components. It was exactly what I needed so my primary work surface didn't get damaged if I were to drop the iron.

Great product
This Pad made it easier to solder the wires in my RCs, they did not slip around like on the table.

Good Quality Mat for tedious work
I bought this mat for taking fishing reels apart and lubricating them for the season. The mat give me a defined workspace for all the tiny screws. Cleans up nicely. Maybe I will solder on it when the time comes.
