Slightly different size. Men's is just a little larger.

I have no problem with them coming loose and needing repositioning. I fine that after a shower, dry the area well, and spread cheeks just a little bit, stick it on in place and clench cheeks a little afterward and it stays in place. The other reviews are correct you have to fold (crease) it with the large flaps at the top. I cannot even feel that it is there! Hope this helps your son.

Q: what is largest size for men ?

I think the M/L size is the only one labelled for men. Actually it's the same size as the women's L/XL, so I buy according to price.
