LESS MESS AND A GREAT SUCCESS
Having never seen it in the supermarkets in my area it is new to me. I like the fact that you add fresh eggs and water and mix it as you might do if making pancake batter from scratch but saving shelf space by not having to stock all the ingredients separately. It's a winner with me anyway. Although there is sufficient for making 16 pancakes I am able to follow the packet's easy instructions for making four of them using just one egg. That's enough for me - as a retired widower - because I always seem to mess up cooking the first one which leaves me with the other three to actually eat - but I always used to mess up with the first pancake when I did make them completely from scratch years ago anyway - so nothing's changed about my culinary skills in that regard then.Eamonn

It's really easy to make but they are a bit plasticky and rubbery not fluffy or soft. Better just making them myself
