We got one of these lights today, and after trying it out I just ordered six more!We've been trying for months to find lights that would work with our underdeck roofing system. The problem is that it's hard to find lights that will fit flush to the small 4" pancake-style electrical box that the system uses. We tried lights that cost 5x as much, but they wouldn't fit. Out of the few lights we found that did fit, these are by far the best. The finish isn't as cheap as the other lights we got, and I love all the options:* The color plates are really easy to change, giving you finish options* The dimmer works really well with these lights* My wife likes that we can match the color temperature to our other lightsAnd of course for us the biggest key was that they fit well, and look good.

Does exactly what I expected. Love that you can switch out the color plates. Nice bright light.

Works as advertised. Easy install IF the electrical box is in the right place (horizontally, i.e. exposed through the ceiling opening), although doesn't have to be perfect as the large diameter will cover up any normal size hole in the ceiling. Vertically, there is some installation adjustment available. Color temp change and multiple accent rings are nice. Works fine on a dimmer - which is great because this light is VERY bright.

This light does NOT come with a green ground wire from the light itself. The ground wire comes from the mounting bracket, which, according to the instructions, should be wired to the junction box. (this achieves nothing)The color temperature switch setting gets changed back and forth while twist-locking the light into place. It also sticks 1/2" - 5/8" into the junction box, so hopefully you don't have many wires in the box - if you do, install is difficult.

Straightforward installation. I purchased three of these to replace some choices made by the previous owners of the home I just bought including a random chandelier to nowhere (seriously it was over nothing and made zero sense spatially) and two infamous lights that absolutely no one likes except the builders (you know the ones ). Anyway, I am planning for future me and future owners by having color options. Options are always good. This was a solid choice.
