my grandchildren love this so much. The only thing you have to warm the chocolate before putting it on the fountain

I normally don’t post poor reviews, however because this is an item most would purchase for a special occasion I want to give you my thoughts.Read booklet of instructions and followed them. Started out FANTASTIC. As chocolate was being used, the holes in the arms that pull the chocolate into auger were visible. We had to keep adding melted chocolate to cover holes in order to have it work.The bowl needs to be deeper to cover the holes.Secondly, the chocolate ran nicely, but the chocolate started to cool down and thicken after about 15 minutes. The machine does not keep chocolate hot enough to continue flowing.The idea was great, we were initially thrilled. We were able to return without difficulty. We’ll research other higher end units to hopefully find one that achieves better results. Otherwise back to an electric fondue pot.All 10 of us do not recommend.

It's a fun thing that people normally wouldn't expect to find at a family gathering. Definitely a great conversation piece and the kids love it. With that said, my major complaint about anything involving food is cleanup, and cleaning this thing is a pain. Still not sure if I got all the bits out of it. If you don't mind taking the time, it's a cool thing to have, but not something that I'd expect to use very often.

This was really easy to set up and use. Works really well. Better than expected. We had loads of fun with this for hours. Highly recommended!
