Review: Top quality and much improved on-screen imagery - Expensive but delivers what it promised - up to 8K signals to a premium level. Both computer and monitor are relatively new, the monitor the older by a couple of months, the PC less than a month old and were previously connected by an HDMI cable. Now, there is much more 'snap' aka brightness and contrast being delivered. The latching provides secure connections; that was a particular issue with the HDMI cable previously used as, although light, it sometimes disconnected just sufficiently to cause the screen image to flicker. This is also quite heavy, not least due to its multiple levels of shielding and the heavier-gauge of signal cabling. On this performance, there would be no hesitation in buying another when the need arises. Review: Club3D CAC-2068 cable solved my problem. - I have a Acer Predator 4K monitor and I was using the Display Port cable that came with the monitor. I was having problems with the screen flashing black for a second or so . Made sure my monitor was set up as full screen in menu to match NVIDIA full screen scaling but still getting black screen flashes every now and then. Tried most things mentioned on forums etc and nothing worked. Bought this cable as it’s VESA rated and this has SOLVED the problem. This cable is rated for 4K so in my books it works. Hope this helps. ## Features - HIGH QUALITY: Supports resolutions up to 8K @ 60Hz, 5K @ 60Hz and up to 4K UHD (3840x2160 @ 144Hz), making it ideal for use with high-resolution monitors and display devices. My issue ended up being a faulty cable which this sorted, it's a thicker cable so I can only assume it's more insulated which is always good. The release button isn't like the others where I don't know if it's pressed or not - It's responsive; that's a weird thing to praise, I know, but it's a pet peeve of mine. I'm still not sure paying this much money for a cable is a good idea but time will tell. ## Frequently Bought Together - Club3D CAC-2068 VESA Certified DisplayPort to DisplayPort 1.4/Hbr3 M/M Cable DP 1.4 8K 60Hz 2m - 6,56ft - Club3D CAC-1372 Ultra High Speed HDMI 2.1 Certified Cable 4K 120Hz 8K 60Hz M/M 2m - 6.56ft - Club 3D CAC-1092 1.6 Meter/ 5.25 Feet DisplayPort 2.1 Bi-Directional VESA DP80 Certified Cable with G-SYNC, & HDR 4K 144Hz, 8K60Hz, 10K60Hz, 4K 240Hz M/M --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/58100934-club-3d-vesa-certified-cac-2068-displayport-to-displayport-1](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/58100934-club-3d-vesa-certified-cac-2068-displayport-to-displayport-1) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
