Q: What is the difference between this q2020nc tadem breaker and a q2020 tandem breaket? the only difference i can tell so far is this the q2020nc is 2x

According to footnote 1 on p. 42 of the Siemens "Speedfax Product Catalog": NC means Non-CTL. It reads: "Non-CTL. For replacement use only in panels manufactured before 1968." FYI: CTL stands for Current Total Limiting.

Q: Is this qp or qt series

At and qp are the same except qt is a tandem breaker. The ct at the end of the number indicates it has the rejection tab where the nc has no rejection tab.
