This is a single strain probiotic. I have an autoimmune condition and some probiotics increase histamine; which has been problematic for me. This particular probiotic is not supposed to increase histamine. Which is great. I have heard it is also supposed to help with leaky gut. Additionally, I have heard of home brewers using this strain to make sour beers. Though I don't know if this would be effective for that because it is shelf stable (doesn't require refrigeration). I store my in the fridge anyways and I wouldn't recommend storing it in the sun or heat.

This really helps with bloating and gas with high-fiber foods, even if eaten before bedtime. Jarrow has a track record of high-quality probiotics.

Some digestive problems. Very effective.

Really helps keep me regular

This has changed my life. I went from never knowing how much IBS pain I would be in each day to hardly ever having IBS pain. It has also helped reduce my diarrhea. I can't emphasize enough the dramatic improvement I've experienced with this probiotic.

Just got the item and the box it came in looks like a car ran over it. The item itself is also completely flattened and a lot of the individually sealed capsules are broken open. Not very happy as I paid quite a bit for this and am trying to salvage what I can out of what got damaged.

Purchased for acid reflux issues and it actually worked! I’ve tried several different probiotics in the past and had experienced the ‘gets worse before it gets better’ results but not with these. Took a few days but I was able to eat spaghetti sauce with no pain!!

I went in with high expectations given the scientific studies done with this strain of probiotic but unfortunately, I didn't really notice much difference after taking it. Granted, I haven't experienced any substantial benefits from taking other probiotics either (Align, Probiotic-10).
