THE TORCH IS NOT WORKING .
Very disappointed and frustrated with this purchase. The torch simply does not work. I ordered this as a birthday gift, and we all gathered together to use it and drink, and found it completely unusable. We spent hours trying to get it to work, but nothing worked. I have already contacted customer service twice, and so far I have received neither a refund nor a replacement. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and completely ruined the occasion. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase and the way this issue has been handled.

Everything seems high quality in this set. The steel filters included have a larger rim to protect the wood smoker top which is why I chose this set. I will be buying more as gifts, and I've been experimenting with it now too. I definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys whiskeys or unique cocktails!

This is a great gift!
This was for a gift that I gave for Christmas. I gave it ahead of time. The receiver is a bourbon/whiskey fanatic. Every year I give him something whiskey related. This was so different. He really loved it and I am so glad that I came across this. Quick shipping and high quality.
