I really enjoy these, a lot more than expected actually. It’s great for when I’m attaching clay together instead of slowly drawing individual scratches. It has different tooth size (the jagged part) which I like. The plastic is thin stiff, only slightly flexible but I wouldn’t call it fragile necessarily. I mostly just use the jagged option.

I'm always experimenting with edges for my pottery hobby. This is a cheap was to get a few different edge patterns. It works fine for clay/pottery. Plastic is sturdy and washes easily as well.

These are good, albeit basic pottery tools. The are a good value for what you get and the listing is accurate to what I recieved. The plastic seems relatively sturdy, but not very thick. They're somewhat flexible and will curve a bit, if wanted. They aren't super rigid, so if that's what you need for your project, these aren't a good choice. I like that they flex, though.

I was contemplating trying to make my own serrated flex tools when I ran across these: so glad I found them before going to the trouble!They have a good gradation of "tooth" sizes from fine to course (9 teeth per inch to 3 teeth per inch).The word "silicone" is in the title, so I was expecting they might be softer...I'm fine with how stiff they are, but thought I'd note that, since some similar ceramic tools are made of soft silicone. The stiffness on these is about the same as a if you tried to bend two or three credit cards. You can almost bend them into a half-circle, but it feels like it's pushing it to do so. For my purposes, less flex is better anyway. I like them a lot.Easy 5 stars, would recommend.

These are perfect for making pottery either with a wheel or by hand. It gets the grooves right where and how you need them. They are very sturdy band will not break easily either. The colors are nice because it makes them easier to find in my DIY stuff. They stand out a little more than other tools. They are perfect for beginners or experienced professionals.

I don't make pottery, but the serrated pieces are great for dragging paint in art projects. I haven't tried them on dough, but they're apparently food grade, so I will try some out on that as well.

I am using these tools on clay. These are a very hard plastic that cannot be bent, it is not flexible. You could also use these when making paste papers. I would not use these on a jelly plate because they are sharp and inflexible so you might damage your jelly plate. These could also be used with acrylic paint on canvas or board to add texture, and to paint with these tools. This is a low price sent.

I do a lot of mixed media and these are great for adding different effects to paint and other mediums. I haven't tried them on clay yet, but they seem like they would work well for that as well. The are decently sturdy and I like the variety of the patterns.
