Organic Kava Kava Extract Drops - Calming Support with Chamomile - 2 Fl Oz

I've been trying this out for over a week and I'm finding the effects are good. I take it at night a few hours before bed and it helps me relax into the night. With the dropper it is easy to put some under your tongue and then swallow after a few seconds. I looked at a lot of kava kava products before deciding on this one. I think it works really well and I'll get it again. I am not a doctor, nor is this medical advice. It basically tastes to me like sugar water. There is no color to the drops. I still feel it is calming me down (reduces anxiety in about 15 minutes) after I take it but I guess I liked the lavender flavor before. So getting a fourth bottle but please note the flavor has changed and is mild and basically does not taste anything but like sweet liquid. P.S. 3/12/2025 - I have now gotten this eight times and it works as well now as it ever has. I take this at night and it is essential to my relaxation! Without it I'd be too anxious to sleep!

The first thing I like about this product is its liquid form. I feel that I absorb liquid far better than a product that is in pill form. The taste is pleasant, not strong or bitter. I take this product 30 minutes to an hour before bed, and it helps relax me. Usually, at night, my mind still thinks about the day or prepares for the next day. When you're constantly thinking, it makes it difficult to unwind and go to sleep. The Kava Kava Complex assists in the relaxation process and gets me to sleep. I recommend this product to anyone, especially if you want another option besides melatonin.

Don't fall for this product. It's 90% sugar water and 10% heavily diluted kava. It's so diluted that no matter how much you take you DO NOT feel any effects of Kava on the body, mouth, or mind. A good rule of thumb is Kava is supposed to make your mouth a little tingly / numb when you take it orally this product DOES NOT do that. Not only does it not numb the mouth when taken, it has absolutely no effect on the body or mind. It's 100% a sham. We are big proponents of Kava in our family and we have tried multiple Kava products from milking pure kava root by hand to concentrated drops, to pre made beverages, to even flavored powders you add to a beverage of choice. This product is by far the least effective and biggest waste of money we've ever tried. DO NOT BUY!!!

It's a good formula. I find mixing it with a dose of Kratom works wonders on my nerves and works for gastrointestinal and indigestion.

It helps relax me but I bought kava from the health food store and it reacted with drinks that I put it in and I would get a much more relaxed feeling. That makes me think that this supplement is watered down kava.

This was very effective in chilling me out! It also tastes great!

I have had trouble finding something to help me get to sleep. I can sleep through the night once I get to sleep, but I have trouble winding down. My son recommended this & I really like it. It helps me feel really relaxed. I have taken it nightly for almost 2 weeks & it has helped me get to sleep every night. I'm glad I tried this kava kava complex. I just hope it doesn't stop working as well as it does now, like if I build a tolerance to it, because I'd love to be able to take it every night.
