I bought this as a gift and my daughter loves it! The Retro blender is sleek, easy to use, blends perfectly. It is a little more expensive but completely worth it.

Love the color and functionality. So far, powerful blends, smoothly and quietly. Easy to clean. I don't miss the glass from my previous blender. A bit expensive but it's worth it.

Everything about this product was beautiful and perfect until... I plugged it in and saw they have an annoying, distracting "nanny" feature: a perpetually flashing red LED on the dial to "warn you" that it's plugged in. You cannot turn it off. The only way you can get it to stop flashing at you is to physically yank the plug out of the wall and leave it unplugged. No other appliance I have be a toaster, a food processor, a microwave oven, etc. has a red flashing light "warning you" it's plugged in! Returned it just because of this.

I haven’t actually used my Smeg blender yet. But I have several small kitchen appliances that are Smeg and I love them all equally and I am sure I will absolutely love my new Smeg blender. Everyone of my Smeg products work as expected, easy to clean, noise level isn’t an issue in my opinion, works great for my expectations,. However, they are very expensive.
