Finally!!! I must’ve purchased 4-5 choir chip bricks looking for one that’s actually small chunks. These are perfect!! It’s not full of big honker pieces or too much fiber, it’s exactly perfect!! I like to amend my soil mix with these for my Hoyas but if there’s too much fiber, it’ll hold on to too much water and rot. I hate buying a brick and then having to toss or cut up 99% of it!! This was exactly right, directly out of the package. No added steps to take!!

I love this substrate! I used it as one of the amendments for citrus tree soil and as a mulch. It breaks down easily into manageable chunks and makes a full 8 quarts per block. It smells very pleasant like a cinnamon stick and it holds enough water to keep the soil moist and not to soaked. This is my preferred soil amendment/mulch for now on!

Crazy huge amount of coco husk chips. Perfect for adding to my houseplant soil mix and also adding to my diy moss poles so it’s not all moss but a mix of moss and chips. I gave it 5 starts because it looks what my plants will need to be planted on, have not able to so due to weather.

A decent replacement for orchid bark in soil mixes. It’s not as nice looking in clear containers and the pieces are larger than orchids bark usually is.

Very compressed- gives you plenty to make a soulless mix when hydrated. Nice mix of chunky and wispy coconut fiber.

Good product, I will buy larger quantity next time!
