I have tried a few other products from this brand and was happy with them so wanted to try some of the others they had to offer.I recommend looking into any supplement before you go ahead and I also recommend looking into the cycling of supplements. This ensures your body is not getting overloaded or too used to one ingredient. It can also help your supplements to last longer and therefore increase their value for money.I’ve researched this company and they seem to be a good, reputable company who make sure to make it clear their products are non GMO, pure and free of heavy metals with no side effects. Their website states they’re based in Leicester, UK however their ‘About Us’ page is in Latin and seems to be an assortment of philosophical quotes which is a bit strange but maybe it’s a mistake or they’re still working on the website.Now onto Fadogia Agrestis..Fadogia Agrestis is a shrub from Nigeria and is said to have many different benefits both for men and women. Some of these include:- Increasing Testosterone- Increasing Estrogen(There are claims it boosts levels of luteinizing hormone, which increases testosterone and estrogen levels. The two are said to complement each other and the ratio at a safe dose can achieve better results).- Enhancing Libido- Improving Athletic Performance- Boosting Energy- Reducing FatigueHowever, having said all this, upon further research most mainstream health organisations don’t have any effective information on its benefits or side effects or if it’s safe to consume long or short term.So I would say do your own research. Some people swear by it and I recommend YouTube and Reddit to get some personal accounts of its use and some more scientific based information on it’s effectiveness and possibly toxicity.I’m undecided on this one at the moment. I think I will give it a go but I’m taking quite a few different supplements at the moment. I enjoy testing them out though and seeing their effectiveness. Given some controversy surrounding this I think I would be best to try this out on it’s own for a while.Cost wise I would say this is value for money if it works and I do like this brand.I will update this review when I can.

I do like the quality and concentration of this Fadogia agrestis product. The capsules contain 10,000mg of Fadogia agrestis stem extract, which seems really high in comparison to other similar supplements. The extract for this one is concentrated at a 50:1 ratio, whereas I have noticed other Fadogia agarose supplements have an extract ratio of 20 to 1, which I don't know whether is better or worse. Maybe it explains this somewhere in the product description.The capsules are easy enough to swallow, and there was no aftertaste, or at least none that I noticed. It is recommended to have one per day, which has made it easy to incorporate it into my daily health regime.It seems Fadogia Agrestis has a multitude of benefits, but my main reason for taking it is for energy, so I will monitor this over the coming weeks and see if I notice any changes, particularly in my mid-afternoon lull.

With my age rapidly increasing I need every training boost I can get, and this is a recent addition for me. Although I have to accept that it may be in my head, but I have not a definite increase in my gym performance and gains since taking this. If it is not in my head then this supplement is is great value for money and a good addition to the training arsenal.

I felt quite good while taking this but nothing overly noticeable to be able to specifically give credit to this product. I did have good gym sessions while on this and recovered quickly between workouts and was able to train at good intensity so it must have worked somehow even if I didn't notice it. I would try this again and see if it continues to help. If so then I may add it to my weekly supplementations.

I did notice a slight increase in energy levels, which was helpful during workouts (could as well be placebo or other factors - nothing significant). However, I didn't experience any significant changes in other areas such as stamina or overall vitality. Additionally, I found the taste of the capsules to be quite strong and not very pleasant but it's not the worst.
