It is a decent product overall, it isn't something extraordinary but yes, it is pretty okay.

This is one of the best purchase for me as I have been suffering from sciatica and I needed something for my back and my study chair. The way this ahs been designed, it provides you adequate support for your back and keeping your back straight and in the correct posture which slowly and slowly reduces the backpain. It might be difficult to adjust in the beginning, but later on as we move ahead, it really beneficial. So regardless of you having back pain or not, its important to have the right posture and if you have long sitting hours buy this for your chair. A Good Lumbar support is very crucial for a correct posture.

Let me be honest here, I was disappointed when I opened the box to discover a puny little pillow-like thing sitting in the bottom. I was expecting something that would change the way I sat for work.
