These taste pretty good to me and I think they dissolve very quickly and better than the sugar option of another brand. I don't think these supplement me personally and give me stamina as much as the sugar option but possibly that's just a sugar boost for me. I do like these and they have a decent price in comparison to others I purchased I would probably repurchase.
