Okay first of all, you cannot sit on your butt and think that this is going to heat up automatically and sweat. That is a false accusation that people are putting as reviews. Yeah if you sit in the sun they're going to heat up because they're black. They do make you sweat if you are working out so that is true. The only complaint I have about this is the inside seam causes scratching on the inner thigh on both legs and you can't wearing very long because it feels like a needle is poking you. I hope this review helps..

Pants arrived on time and in great condition. I've worn them several times and always with spanx shorts underneath, however they are beginning to tear at the inside (thigh/crotch area). I expected to have more wear time considering the cost, but i dont think these pants will last 6 months if used more than 3X a week. I have worn them probably a total of 8 times since Jan and it is now March.Of course they became unraveled after the return period. :(

Sauna is the right word for these pants. I live in San Diego so the sun is always here. I walked out into the yard to get rid of some trash and took a little walk around the block I was only out for ten minutes and came home sweating. You want to lose weight wear these pants and the Jacket you will lose some serious weight. All you have to do is go to the gym in them or even walk in the sunshine. Your metabolism will rise and you will sweat. Now you can't just sit around in them and expect to sweat cause they don't work that way. You have to do some movement in them. Whether you want to go to the gym and sweat a lot or you want to walk and sweat a little these are the pants for that.

I really like these pants! However, I ordered the size that corresponded with my waist measurement and pant size and they were too big. Kept them anyway and wore a waist trainer underneath. Now I am down two pant sizes and they are extra big on me! Purchased August 1st so it's only been two months and I can definitely see the loss of inches, especially in my thighs AND less cellulite!! Oh and they feel great! They're soft and really make you sweat. I really need to down size the pant and add at top, hoping for a sale! lol

First the good news. The pants are non-irritating and they do what they claim.My personal challenge with the fit.. I'm 5'3 and currently wear a size 4/6 or 6/8 petite, however my BMI is 13-20 pounds over where it should be.The legs and waist just fit comfortably, although the length is about an inch longer than ideal I can fold the bottom hem up. Honestly, I would wear these all day if I could, because they simply feel that good on ...However If loose an inch in both my legs and waist, I won't be able to wear them any longer and the company doesn't offer an X-small. :(

Boy do these make you sweat they vent quite well, but not too much. I didn't tie them down tight enough my first time and learned my lesson.That being said. I had these for over a week and have had some if the best cardio workouts of my life. (Combined with its shirt counterpart) they are very flexible which was one of my biggest concerns when i was thinking about buying them. Running on the treadmill and olyptical were no issue.Of course you should be well hydrated, and on a proper diet. With this pattern the fat will melt off.

I bought a bio seats sauna a few years back and both pieces, the top and bottom had some difficulty in usage. Specifically, the top was hard to remove when my skin became damp with the pullover style. And the bottom had a back zipper that was difficult to move up or down unless you were a contortionist or something. However, it was so difficult to find pieces like this that actually fit a plus sized person that I just struggled along and dealt with it. Recently I reached out to the company to share my difficulties and ask if they had made any changes to the design. They said yes. SoI ordered a pair of the bottoms. They are absolutely wonderful so far. They fit great. I have only used them once since I just got them 2 days ago. But they do exactly what I need and are light weight. I will have to see how durable they are over time. But KUDOS!!!! to the company for the improvements made to the design.

I love this biosweat pant fits perfectly and it makes me sweat more than my usual workout. One thing I didn't like is where the zipper is placed. It would be nice if the zipper is on the side because with that kind of zipper is a bit hard to zip on your own if it's in the back.

Ordered my normal size and was way too large. Shame.

I use this sauna suit at the gym. It’s perfect. The pockets allow me to keep my phone and other items on me and are placed in the right position so as not to disturb my workout. I have bought 3 of them and so far I’m not disappointed.

As expected. Ordered the 4xl pants and jacket. Pants slightly big but bc of what they do I figure they will be fine. Typically wear a size 16 or 18 in pants. Would not have wanted a smaller fitting jacket. I was quite sweaty after first use. Does what it is supposed to do. Company was very prompt and helpful when the discount did not appear when code entered. They provided credit once I confirmed I had received. Great service.
