Beautiful pie down. Used it for outdoor cooking over an open frame. It worked very well.

Sadly, my pie plate arrived completely broken as shown in my first photo. But, happily a replacement was received within 48 hours completely intact (second photo), great customer service! I display the pie dish on my kitchen shelves but it is completely usable when I want to bake a deep dish pie. It baked a perfect pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving! The glaze is lead free and the pie plate can be used as a baking dish for any food you wish. It cleans up easily in the dishwasher too! This pie dish makes a great gift and is reasonably priced.

I haven't used it yet but will soon, so I can't rate its cleanability. But there was a helpful note enclosed telling me how to care for it. All very nice.

These ceramic pie pans seem to be a good quality. They are easy to clean. The only reason for a four is I ordered green and they look grey.

Use fit quiche

I made a deep dish apple pie in it and it came out perfect. A very sturdy, easy to use and clean addition to my bakeware

I "christened" this dish for my Thanksgiving gathering because it is such a pretty color for my fall table. It's ivory with little rust colored speckles, and the rim is that same rust color. It was lovely for my fall feast, and it cooked up great! It's nice and deep, and so there won't be any spillage. Once the pie was gone, I popped it in the dishwasher and it looked good as new! I'll try quiche in it next!
