This is the second size Ihave gotten, They are strong but I would say go a size bigger than you think you need. They are still so tiny and nearly impossible to handle without dropping so work over a towel or tray. These have enough strength to hold together two heavy pieces of cotton watercolor paper for a paper doll project, yet the profile is still low enough that it doesn't intrude on the art. The magnets do have to match up exactly, there is no perimeter magnetic pull like with larger magnets. The included storage container is also a plus.

These tiny magnets turned out to be ideal for hobby use, especially for magnetizing the bases of Warhammer 40k miniatures. They’re strong enough to hold securely without being bulky, and the consistent sizing makes them easy to work with across multiple models. Having such a large pack is great for big armies or ongoing projects, and they’ve added a lot of flexibility to how I store and transport my figures. A little fiddly to handle because of their size, but once in place they work beautifully.

Great small magnets. Perfect for crafts. In my case, I'm using these to match the magnet on my air rifle for a 3D printed magazine. Works great. A fantastic value for the money, one of these packs (qty = 400) will likely last a lifetime. I'll likley lose the smallp plastic box they come in, as 400 of these take almost zero space. They are that small, but to their credit they are strong from a magnetic perspective. The only problem, and the only reason I rank these 4 stars: They are 100% symetrical in each axis. This makes identification (of the magnetic pole) impossible. It would be awesome if they had a small 'mark' or 'color' to highlight each pole. As they are, you are forced to trial fit (to the opposite magnet), delicately- and carefully note the orientation; and *then* in a careful controlled movement, transfer that magnet in the correct orientation to it's final installation place. If you get it wrong, and glue is invovled, you may have just ruined your part.

First Impressions & Packaging Opening the package, I was impressed by the sheer quantity—400 magnets is a lot, even at a modest 6x2mm size. The magnets arrived in neat, well-organized stacks. Each column was shrink-wrapped to keep them protected and prevent them from snapping together too forcefully during transit. Build Quality & Strength Size & Shape: These neodymium magnets are tiny, but that also makes them incredibly versatile. The 6x2mm dimensions are perfect for discreet applications, from small crafts to minimalist whiteboard setups. Magnetic Force: Don’t be fooled by their small stature; they’re impressively strong. A single magnet can hold multiple sheets of paper on my fridge. When stacked, their holding power increases significantly, easily securing heavier items like lightweight kitchen utensils. Consistency: All 400 pieces were uniform in thickness and diameter, meaning no surprises when I used them for precision projects. Versatility & Uses Fridge & Whiteboard: Perfect for hanging grocery lists, photos, or quick notes without adding bulk. Crafts & DIY: Their slim profile makes them ideal for embedding into homemade refrigerator magnets or attaching to small decorative pieces. Kitchen & Cabinets: I’ve used a couple to hold measuring spoons inside cabinet doors—works like a charm. Office Organization: Great for pinning up memos on magnetic boards or even corralling paper clips and other small metal items on the side of a filing cabinet. Handling Tips Careful Separation: To avoid chipping or pinching, slide one magnet off the stack rather than trying to pull it straight up. Storage & Safety: Keep these away from children and pets; they’re small enough to be a choking hazard and potentially dangerous if swallowed. Gentle Placement: Neodymium magnets are brittle. If they snap together hard, they can chip or crack. Pros Strong Hold for such a small footprint. Large Quantity – 400 magnets ensure you won’t run out anytime soon. Multipurpose – Suitable for a variety of applications, from crafts to home/office organization. Uniform Quality – No noticeable defects or size inconsistencies. Cons Fragile – Like most neodymium magnets, they can chip or break if handled roughly. Tiny Size – Fantastic for some projects, but easy to misplace or lose if you’re not careful. Final Thoughts These 6x2mm Rare Earth Neodymium magnets are a powerhouse in a petite package. Whether you’re looking to elevate your crafting projects or just need a reliable way to stick notes and photos to a fridge or whiteboard, this 400-pack has you covered. The hold is surprisingly strong, and the bulk quantity means you can tackle plenty of projects without worrying about running out. Highly recommended for anyone needing a versatile set of strong, discreet magnets—and who’s ready to handle them with care!

There was the right about of magnets. Individually however the magnets are not that strong so my Polaroids didn’t stick very well unless I put a stack of 3 on each corner. This valued also be due to the metal of the surface I stuck it to. Just have to give out all the possibilities so you can choose with all the information.
