Vitanica V-Probiotics, Blend with L. Crispatus, 30 Vaginal Suppositories

This is working, my pH is closer to normal, according to my Juno bio test results I had zero of these good Flora. I'll test again after and make sure that they are truly colonizing but everything feels healthier and more comfortable now. Also this should help with my UTIs since lactobacillus counterbalances the E coli that is normally found but is also normally kept in check.

The problem - recurring BV. After a course of Klion D, symptoms quickly returned. Chat GPT suggested a course of boric acid vaginal suppositories followed by Vitanica V Probiotics. It suggested nightly for two weeks followed by two weeks of using twice per week. It has worked. Keeping fingers crossed. It needs moisture for the capsule to melt away. This problem can be solved by placing a little water in the palm and dropping the capsule in it for maybe about 30-40 seconds before inserting. Will continue using twice per week till the capsules in the container are finished. Hopefully the recolonization will keep this issue at bay. Compliment treatment with unsweetened yogurt that contains live cultures first thing every morning.

It caused a really bad infection down there. Never had burning before EVER and my area was on fire. I think, like another reviewer said, was due to the pill casing not dissolving. It felt like it was in me for 2 days, but I've used boric acid suppositories before and they dissolved instantly. I was hoping this would be a good product, but it caused an actual infection I had to go to the obgyn for it was so bad. I had cramping afterwards, too.

These are working great for me! I appreciate the bioidentical strains. As suggested by another reviewer, lactic acid suppository helps the vaginal environment for the probiotic suppository. I’m using a brand that contains hyaluronic acid, lactic acid, vitamin A and E. You need moisture! Do the entire 30 days and possibly another 30. Do not miss a day if you have long standing recurrent issues. Buy a box of one time use disposable applicators as well for deeper insertion.

I will definitely be purchasing again. However almost all the way through (I've been on a short course of antibiotics for sinus infection but doxycyline doesn't deplete lactobaccillus as much as others do and I doubled up during them) the bottle I did develop some vulvar burning. I imagine I pushed my microbiome to the other extreme and now have an overgrowth of lactobaccillus. I will come back and edit based on what's going on when I know. So my advice is to stop when you notice it's done it's job, and the negative reviews here might be people treating what they think is yeast or bv overgrowth issues but already had an overgrowth of lactobaccillus.

These are the best product out there, it’s made with NO fillers. It is not harsh like other vag probiotics. This doesn’t cause irritation or yeast infection and I’m prone to those. Just run it under water for a few seconds before you insert it.
