I am on an overall health journey, trying to make better decisions with exercise, diet and and some supplements. After reading about the benefits of ACV, I tried to drink 2 Tablespoon a day. The taste and whole experience of having to drink something so awful every day was too much for me and I had to give it up. Then, I found this product on Amazon and decided to give it a go. Despite the very pungent odor of the capsules, there is no taste or aftertaste at all! I have felt great since taking these...more energy and just a better balance in how I feel overall. I am eager to see what type of impact this product has after my next lab work at the Dr in a couple of months. Very pleased I don't have to worry about drinking vinegar any longer.

These are great if you want to take Apple cider vinegar but hate the taste. There is no after taste, or reflux. In fact, it has helped my heartburn, and I believe is helping to detox me as many of my skin tags have fallen off since starting it. I have had improvement in other areas, too. This is a good produce and I highly recommend it

Ok so let me start of by saying I hate apple cider liquid but these capsules make it easier to take for me. I have not seen any changes at all except it making me go bathroom late afternoons other than that I have not seen much change but I do take them early morning as if it was the liquid.So better than the liquid definitely Yes!

I haven’t used them for very long yet, just been a few weeks, but i feel just overall better since I’ve been taking them. I haven’t had any side effects. I love that I can get the same benefits in the pill form and not have to drink that horrible liquid LOL!

Could not see any improvement vs using the liquid.

My vet and my groomer recommended this product for reducing the tear stains on my beautiful, pure-bred all white Samoyed by adjusting her body chemistry. She has no trouble eating them in her food and the alternative--putting actual apple cider in her drinking water--doesn't allow me to give her a large enough dose (and she won't drink the water). Using this supplement makes a big difference and her adorable face and gorgeous eyes look great without the stains. Very happy with this natural solution to a common problem with this breed!!

The smell of vinegar was overwhelming! I gag trying to take them. I would return if I could… I will go back to my other brand.
