I'm only rating this with a 2, because it's pretty when it works. Most of the times it does not work as it should. It usually gets stuck with the paper between the blades, and the only option is to tear off the paper. I've included a photo to show what I'm talking about. I'm very disappointed with this product. It could have been a wonderful addition to my collection of art supplies, but it's more of a disappointment than a pleasure. I'd advise to save your money, and buy another product. Don't be fooled by the beauty that it could be.

I ordered this in May of 2018 and I loved it until today. I punch only one piece of thin cardstock at a time and have been very careful with it. Today it completely stopped cutting. That's not a long time when compared to my collection of paper punches, some of which I have had for decades.

poor quality. I was doing wedding programs and could not get it to punch a complete design. I had to go out and buy another one (which did not match) just to get the job done.

Absolutely horrible it does not work

Had to fix it first time I punched something. Does not make a clean cut at all

It really struggles with any thing with a little more thickness then printer paper... like cards which is what I purchased this to use on... it struggles to get through it and then once it does it gets jammed

It is my first time with this kind of producy, i will be useing it later
