The needles and jewelry are fine, but the septum forceps were unusable. They wouldn’t line up and there was no way to fix them to get the holes to line up. Was the whole reason I ordered this. Just ordered better quality forceps so hopefully I don’t have this issue again.

The septum forceps are absolute garbage. They don’t line up and are too thick to fit in a nostril. You’d be better off not using them at all. The needles provided are nowhere near sharp enough. Waste of money.
