As someone who takes food hygiene seriously, I’ve found the Genware Optima Safe Probe Wipes to be an essential part of my kitchen routine. I use these primarily for sanitising my digital food thermometer, and they perform exactly as expected for professional catering standards. - Highly Effective: These wipes are specifically designed to kill bacteria on food probes. It gives me great peace of mind knowing my equipment is sterile before and after checking temperatures on raw meats or fish. ​ - Strong Fabric: Unlike some cheaper brands that tear easily, the fabric on these Genware wipes is surprisingly tough. They don't shred when you’re wiping down a sharp probe tip. ​ - Stays Moist: The tub seal is excellent. I’ve had this pack for a while and the wipes are still just as moist as the day I opened them. There’s nothing worse than reaching for a sanitising wipe only to find it’s dried out! ​ - Blue for Visibility: Since they are blue, they are easy to spot in a kitchen environment, which is a standard safety feature to prevent them from being accidentally mixed into food. These are great no smears left and easy to pull out sometimes the perforations on other product make it hard to rip when you need them or only have one hand but these are great and I have no issue getting one out with one hand

Really easy to use and perfect for keeping probes safe and hygienic. The wipes are perforated so that you can tear them off easily and were very good value. If you use a temperature probe, I definitely recommend getting a set of wipes and these are great.

They worked to perfection

As others have mentioned these wipes are very small and thin meaning they are not very durable. They are very moist which is good, but due to small size, you do need to use more than one of you're iping anything more than probe. Eg wiping surfaces would not be ideal. For this reason I'm not sure I would purchase them again. I would sooner buy the surface wipes which can be used for wiping probes. I purchased this as a bundle, which came with plasters.
