I do feel more full when using this product consistently.

I started taking this probiotic for appetite control. I was taking once a day in the am and I didn’t notice anything. One day accidentally I also took one at night. The next day I had so much energy it was amazing. However, it was almost too much and I was too restless. It also helped the appetite control better. I didn’t notice any gut changes at all. Just for some background, I don’t have any gut issues other than occasional constipation. I am not on any specific diet. I just don’t eat out and no processed foods.

Does exactly what I want it to do without any weird side effects

I ordered this as a remedy for fatty liver disease. ***Update, I stopped using it when I learned that it can damage the mucus lining of the small intestine if you forget to take it with food.*** I noticed in a couple of weeks that my belly fat was disappearing while my weight was remaining fairly constant. It has other stated uses. I am pleased with my experience.

Best surprise is after about 2 weeks I completely stopped craving alcohol. About a week in I made myself a vodka with seltzer water something I’ve always enjoyed and I took one sip and thought it was gross so dumped the rest. Thought it was so odd. Then made myself a different kind of drink. Had one. Made a second and realized I really didn’t want it and dumped that one. I usually would have a couple drinks probably 4 nights a week. But for the next week I couldn’t bring myself to drink more than one. And then eventually the thought of any started sounding gross. I had to think back to try and see what changed in my routine and it all started roughly after I started taking this and then I researched some and had no idea that was a possibility.

Great quality supplement that I will rebuy when this bottle is done.

I bought into akkermansia early - research looks great, a forward planning company. I bought a lot for family however I need to try taking it after meals as it upsets my stomach before I get to work.
