J'utilisais auparavant une spatule à plâtre, à la fois trop épaisse (non biseautée) et trop souple, ou parfois un gratte vitre, bien rigide et affûté, mais qui peut soit entailler le modèle imprimé, soit seulement décoller le bord de l'objet car la profondeur de la lame de rasoir est trop limitée. Ici aucun de ces problèmes. Le biseau, la rigidité et la longueur de la lame lui permettent de s'incruster et décoller proprement et rapidement toute impression 3D, même les plus fines ou les plus larges.
